Welcome to The Healers Vault. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Healers Vault website, programs, courses, certifications, digital products, communications, and related services.
The Healers Vault is a DBA of CC's Coaching Company, a Pennsylvania business (“The Healers Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing or participating in our programs, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
The Healers Vault provides educational programs and training related to spiritual life coaching, intuitive energy healing, hypnotherapy, Reiki, trauma education, personal development, spirituality, intuition, and related subjects.
Our programs and materials are provided for educational and personal-development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional services.
Nothing provided by The Healers Vault constitutes medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS
The Healers Vault offers educational and certification programs, including training in spiritual life coaching, intuitive energy healing, hypnotherapy, and intuitive Reiki.
Completion of a certification program does not guarantee employment, income, business success, professional licensure, or eligibility to practice a regulated profession.
Students are responsible for determining whether any licensing, registration, insurance, educational, or other requirements apply to their intended professional activities in their jurisdiction.
3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
By purchasing a program, product, membership, or service from The Healers Vault, you agree to pay the price presented to you at checkout.
Prices, promotions, payment options, and available programs may change at any time.
If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for payments according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
4. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, offer, or purchase agreement at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, purchasing a digital program does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund after accessing the materials.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, videos, recordings, written materials, worksheets, assessments, training materials, graphics, branding, methods, and other content provided by The Healers Vault are owned by or licensed to The Healers Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase provides you with a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share, copy, upload, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written authorization.
6. ACCOUNT ACCESS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Program access is intended for the individual purchaser unless expressly stated otherwise. Account credentials may not be shared with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, unauthorized sharing, misuse of our intellectual property, harassment, abuse, or material violation of these Terms.
7. RESULTS AND EARNINGS
We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, healing, business, or other result from participation in our programs.
Testimonials and examples represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that every student will experience the same results.
8. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from The Healers Vault, you agree that The Healers Vault and CC's Coaching Company may send you SMS or text messages, including promotional messages, special offers, discounts, program announcements, educational content, and other marketing communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may use third-party service providers to facilitate delivery of SMS communications.
CC's Coaching Company and its affiliates (“We” or “Us”) are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS Marketing Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US.
User Opt In
Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages or other marketing and informational communications by opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms or by texting a keyword to one of our phone numbers (such as a traditional 10-digit phone number or a toll-free number) or “short codes” (a 5 or 6-digit number that We use to exchange SMS/MMS with you), to which you may need to respond to confirm your opt-in. Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that these Terms apply to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive text messages, including automated text messages, at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent to these terms is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages and calls sent using an autodialer, this shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”), and you and We agree that the system we use to send Our messages is not an ATDS.
User Opt Out
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you agree to reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPT OUT or ARRET to any mobile message from Us to opt out of the Program. You may receive one additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that these opt-out options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” in reply to the message you received from Us, or send Us an email at [email protected]. For further opt-out support, please contact our SMS platform provider, SlickText, at [email protected].
Cost and Frequency
Although We do not charge you for our messages, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, which may vary in frequency based on, among other factors, your level of interaction with Us.
MMS Disclosure
The Program will attempt to send SMS MTs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
Our Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be always available in all areas and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
Participant Requirements
You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.

9. EMAIL MARKETING
If you subscribe to our email communications or otherwise consent to receive marketing emails, we may send educational content, promotions, program information, announcements, and other communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link contained in our emails.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and programs may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, software providers, websites, or services.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or practices of third-party services.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Healers Vault and CC's Coaching Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, programs, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC's Coaching Company, The Healers Vault, and their owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services when a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses our staff or community, misuses our intellectual property, or uses our services unlawfully.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes become effective when the revised Terms are posted to our website unless otherwise required by law.
Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
